JOB DESCRIPTION
Our stylists are career-minded, TEAM oriented, organized, passionate about great hair and understand the importance of impeccable customer service. The perfect candidate is excited about a structured environment that provides the support necessary to meet their full potential while maintaining the flexibility to encourage creativity. All service providers receive promotions that include both commission and price increases. All promotions are based on meeting specific service-oriented metrics and key performance indicators (KPI’s).
ASSOCIATE PROGRAM
Our Associate Program is a comprehensive hands-on experience that provides training in areas of technical skills, guest handling and career building. Our Associates work with a service provider to grow into a career Stylist. Like our service providers, our Associate Program has a performance-based level system. There are 4 Levels. Each level has a specific skill set that are the focus of training. With each level jump, there is a raise in hourly wage and the opportunity to move up to the next level. The Studio and Co. provides an environment for growth, learning, and support. It is our commitment that every associate graduate from our program with a seamless transition from associate to stylist with the skills necessary for success in our industry. We are always on the lookout for potential associates with passion, eagerness to learn and a willingness to be trained and coached.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete all program assignments with stellar performance
Support your educator and the team on the floor with clients
Ensure towels are washed and folded, color bowls are clean, and foils are prepped for stylists
Arrive 15 minutes early prior to shift
Ensure daily cleaning tasks are preformed throughout the day
Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
Plan your educator’s day using the Studio planner
Achieve daily sales goals
Keep a clean station at all times
Have a positive and friendly attitude at all times
